Refund Policy

Mobikasa provides professional services and consulting engagements. Since our offerings are service-based and involve allocation of personnel, time, and resources, refunds are handled as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds

Clients may request a refund by contacting info@mobikasa.com.

Partial Refunds

If a project or service engagement is terminated before completion, the client may be eligible for a partial refund.

The refundable amount will be determined after deducting:

  • Time spent by personnel
  • Completed deliverables
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
  • Administrative and transaction costs

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work and approved deliverables
  • Consulting services already rendered
  • Strategy sessions and workshops already conducted
  • Third-party software, hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, and subscriptions
  • Advertising spend and media purchases
  • Payment processing fees where non-refundable to Mobikasa

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Mobikasa directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
