    The client ran a non-standard setup: native Shopify 2.0 for core pages and a proprietary tool (via Advanced Commerce) to manage merchandising logic. This hybrid architecture caused integration bottlenecks and required custom syncing solutions.

    Third-party integrations (especially the custom merchandising platform) had disrupted search engine visibility, particularly for product images and meta content.
