Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time unless otherwise specified in an executed contract, proposal, statement of work, or maintenance agreement.
Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as maintenance, SEO, AEO, PPC management, social media management, email marketing, and consulting retainers, cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work Performed Prior to Cancellation
Clients remain responsible for payment of all work completed, approved, scheduled, or committed before the effective cancellation date.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client before cancellation remain the client's responsibility.
Refunds Following Cancellation
Any applicable refunds will be determined in accordance with the Refund Policy.
