Project Scope

All services will be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract, maintenance agreement, or purchase order executed between Mobikasa and the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely information, content, feedback, approvals, and maintain licenses or subscriptions required for project execution.

Payments

All payments are due according to the executed proposal, contract, invoice, or payment agreement.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of custom-developed deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

Third-Party Services

Mobikasa is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, outages, or functionality changes introduced by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

Mobikasa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact Mobikasa and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the applicable client agreement.
